This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website or send us an enquiry. It is written to align with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, suburb or postcode, details about your project, and how you found us if you choose to tell us.
Why we collect it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, to prepare a quote. We do not use it for other purposes unless you agree or the law allows it.
Where it is stored and sent
Enquiry information is stored using Cloudflare, which may store data in Australia or in overseas data centres. Enquiry emails are sent through Resend.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how the website is used. These tools provide aggregate visit data, such as pages viewed and general traffic sources. They are not a record of your enquiry.
We also use Google Tag Manager so our advertising provider, Localsearch, can measure how our Google Ads perform. Localsearch records visit details such as traffic source, time on site and device type, and tracks enquiries such as form submissions. If you reach this website from one of our ads, you will see a Localsearch tracking number instead of our usual number.
Selling information
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our business record obligations. After that, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@beyondroofing.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.
